"CHANGE IS INEVITABLE,

GROWTH IS OPTIONAL"

SPECIALITIES

SPECIALISING IN COUNSELLING FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS

ANXIETY

Feeling anxious is a normal and healthy emotion. However, when we have recurrent, intrusive thoughts or concerns it can get in the way of day to day living so that we find it hard to think rationally. Therapy can help change negative thinking empowering us to feel and see differently.

LOSS

Suffering a loss and recovering from grief are some of the hardest things we may face. Grief can be complicated and having support is a key factor in coping with loss. Therapy can be helpful in moving forward in all types of grief and provide the guidance needed.

DEPRESSION

Depression can feel like a deep, internal emptiness that lingers under the surface whilst we pretend to the outside world everything is okay.

We can become isolated and disconnected from those we care about. Therapy can provide the support and guidance needed to find a way out of this fog.

ABUSE

There are many forms of abuse – they all result in behaviour that causes harm to another person. When we experience abuse, it can affect our self-esteem and confidence, triggering feelings of shame and fear of abandonment and rejection. Therapy can help survivors of abuse to overcome challenges and address symptoms.
